We are a customer centred company looking to achieve your objectives using the most up-to-date research and techniques.

Starting from the initial enquiry with a free quotation and advisory service we will discuss with you what you want and how we can best achieve that objective.

We are always honest and will not try to sell you works that will not produce the result that you are aiming for.

If your are happy with the discussion at this point we can produce a written quotation and contract for the work with our conditions of contract clearly laid out.

This gives you plenty of opportunity to think about the specification for the works, the price and any options discussed.

The next step is to phone us o return the signed contract and we will contact you to book a mutually acceptable date for the works to begin and to be completed by.

On that date, our teams will arrive, check there are no changes to the contract, carry out a Risk Assessment and begin your job.

Wherever possible, the foreman on site will keep you informed of progress and at the end of the job, following a scrupulous tidy-up will agree a satisfactory completion of the contract.

Back at the office, our our office administrator will produce and send you an invoice for payment.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service we would wish to hear from you immediately so that the problem can hopefully be resolved there and then on site.

If this is not possible we have in place a structured complaints procedure to reassure you that any complaints will be dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.
